abstract |
The invention discloses a method for preparing a porous organic semiconductor thin film. The organic semiconductor material and high molecular polymer are dissolved in an organic solvent and mixed uniformly to form a precursor solution. The precursor solution is spin-coated on the substrate, and a porous organic semiconductor thin film is formed due to the breath pattern principle. Due to the incorporation of high molecular polymers, the aggregation and crystallization of organic semiconductor materials are inhibited, and the formation of porous film structures is promoted. At the same time, the incorporation of polymers is beneficial to improve the electrical stability of organic semiconductor materials. The invention has simple process, good repeatability, low requirements on equipment and environmental conditions, is suitable for the preparation of most porous organic semiconductor films, and has broad application prospects in the preparation of new organic semiconductor devices. |
