abstract The invention relates to a method for combining graphene into a shape memory polymer substrate, which comprises the following steps: (1) providing graphene obtained by CVD growth on the surface of a metal foil; (2) adding the precursor of the shape memory polymer substrate (3) curing the shape memory polymer precursor solution to form a film; and (4) corroding the metal foil with an etching solution to obtain a shape memory polymer substrate with graphene attached to the surface . The present invention also relates to the shape-memory polymer substrate with graphene attached to the surface obtained by the above method, and a deformable flexible organic light-emitting diode comprising the polymer substrate.
