titleOfInvention Refractive index sensor based on Bragg fiber end face gold hole array structure
abstract The invention discloses a refractive index sensing characteristic based on a Bragg fiber end face gold hole array structure, which comprises an optical fiber body and a sensing body on an optical fiber end face, wherein the sensing body consists of a metal film and a round hole slit array structure arranged on the metal film, round hole slit units are arranged on the metal film in a penetrating manner and are periodically arranged, the size and the shape of each round hole slit unit are completely the same, and an external medium is filled in each round hole slit structure unit. The metal film and the round hole slit arranged on the metal film form a unified and integral sensor body. The optical fiber sensor structure has a good transmission peak in a near infrared frequency band and keeps good sensing characteristics, and the shift distance of a spectrum and the position of the transmission peak can be adjusted by changing related structure parameters. Therefore, the sensitivity of 156 +/-5 nm/RIU can be realized, and the optical fiber sensor has a series of advantages of high utilization rate, wide application range, high detection precision, easiness in processing and the like.
