A manufacturing approach of the superfine fiber synthetic leather of full water character, adopt and soak slurry A to soak the fiber non-woven cloth of island, solidify through the steam after the mangling, dry again, get and soak the base cloth A; loading the impregnated base fabric A into an alkali reduction cylinder, carrying out alkali reduction in an alkali reduction bath solution B, washing, neutralizing and drying to obtain a water-based microfiber bass B; and (2) taking the water-based microfiber bass B as a base material, carrying out blade coating on the water-based microfiber bass B to obtain a foaming slurry C, drying, carrying out roller coating on the water-based microfiber bass B with a roller coater to obtain a colored layer, drying, printing a hand feeling agent on the surface of the colored layer with a printer, drying, and absorbing lines to obtain the full-water-based superfine fiber synthetic leather. The detection shows that any substance with high concern of European Union can not be detected from the fully aqueous superfine fiber synthetic leather prepared by the invention, and the fully aqueous superfine fiber synthetic leather has excellent sanitary performance and environmental protection performance. The invention adopts environment-friendly raw materials and a clean production method, and the production process is pollution-free. |
