| abstract | The invention discloses a production process of an environment-friendly supersoft imitation leather fabric, which comprises the following steps: using the environment-friendly suede fabric woven on a warp knitting machine, and preparing it through the processes of napping, dyeing, printing and bronzing. The warp-knitted cut pile fabric is woven by a double-needle bed warp-knitting machine, and the underlying warp-knitted fabric is dyed, shaped, coated, and buffed. The bottom layer and the surface layer are combined by the oil-glue composite process, washed with water and dried. The production process of the environment-friendly super-soft imitation leather fabric involved in the present invention uses polyester ultra-fine raw materials, so that the fabric can obtain the hand feeling of natural suede without using alkali weight reduction treatment in the dyeing and finishing process, and reduces the weight loss due to weight reduction. Pollution caused by the discharge of sewage; and the underlying fabric is coated with water-based polyurethane. The whole production process can achieve clean and environmentally friendly production of textile fabrics, and combined with specific production processes, it can produce ultra-soft imitation leather fabrics. |
