titleOfInvention | Microsatellite primer, kit and identification method for identifying crassostrea hongkongensis, crassostrea gigas and hybridized first filial generation thereof and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a microsatellite primer, a kit and an identification method for identifying crassostrea hongkongensis, crassostrea gigas and hybrid first generations thereof and application thereof. The microsatellite primer comprises: f: 5'-CATCACCTTTATGACCAA-3', respectively; r: 5'-TTCCCAATGAAACAGTAC-3' are provided. The invention screens out a pair of microsatellite primers which can be commonly used in the hong Kong oysters and the Crassostrea gigas and can distinguish the two oysters according to the size of an amplification band from 100 pairs of genome microsatellite primers of the hong Kong oysters, and meanwhile, the microsatellite primers have clear band patterns, good repeatability and strong reliability. The microsatellite primer and the identification method can quickly and accurately identify the crassostrea hongkongensis, crassostrea gigas and the hybridized first filial generation thereof, have important practical application value, and have the advantages of simple method, intuitive result, accuracy, effectiveness, no influence by environment and development period, low cost and the like. |
