A kind of fluorescent composite material and its preparation method and application |
abstract |
A kind of fluorescent composite material and its preparation method and application. The fluorescent composite material is obtained by compounding organic dye molecules and phosphorus-containing inorganic salts, wherein the organic dye molecules have the structure of general formula I. The fluorescent composite material of nitrogen-containing organic naphthalene heterocyclic derivatives and phosphorus-containing inorganic salts can identify and detect DNA in cell nuclei in living cells. Such materials have a certain level of water solubility, good cell membrane permeability, low phototoxicity, photobleaching and appropriate biological toxicity. Its spectral range is sufficiently different from that of biological samples. |
