abstract | The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for preparing an aromatic polycarbonate, comprising: a raw material batching tank; the transesterification reactor is connected with the raw material batching tank; a prepolymerization reactor sequentially connected with the transesterification reactor; the polycondensation reactor is connected with the prepolymerization reactor and is characterized in that the polycondensation reactor is connected with a first dynamic mixer; a lateral line return pipeline is arranged on a pipeline of the polycondensation reactor connected with the first dynamic mixer; a second dynamic mixer is arranged on the lateral line return pipeline; and an additive inlet is formed in the second dynamic mixer. The implementation of the invention solves the problem of overlarge pressure drop caused in the process of doping the additive in the prior art, reduces the investment and the operation cost of the device, improves the operation safety of the device and obtains good economic and social benefits. |
