The invention provides an organic optoelectronic device of an oxygen-sulfur heterocyclic triarylamine compound and an application thereof. The organic optoelectronic device includes an organic electroluminescent device (OLED), an organic field effect transistor (OFET), an organic solar cell, and the like. In particular, the hole injection layer, hole transport layer, electron blocking layer or light-emitting layer in the organic electroluminescent device (OLED) contains the oxygen-containing sulfur heterocyclic triarylamine compound. Oxygen-containing sulfur heterocyclic triarylamine compounds have good energy level matching, high glass transition temperature, good thermal and light stability, and the triplet energy level meets the requirements of exciton binding, making organic electroluminescent devices (OLED) has the advantages of high efficiency, low operating voltage and long service life, and has a good application prospect. |
