abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of 3-oxetanone, belonging to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemical synthesis. Performing nucleophilic substitution reaction on a compound I, namely o-bromobenzoic acid, serving as an initial raw material and epoxy chloropropane under the action of a phase transfer catalyst to obtain a compound II; carrying out an oxidation reaction on the compound II under the action of an oxidant to obtain a compound III; and (3) carrying out hydrolysis reaction and intramolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction on the compound III under an alkaline condition to obtain a target compound IV, namely 3-oxetanone. The method can obtain the target product only by three steps, has easily controlled conditions, simple post-treatment, less side reaction and high yield, and meets the requirement of industrial production. The synthetic route is shown as a reaction formula. |
