titleOfInvention Polymer thin-layer crack-resistant plastering mortar
abstract The invention discloses polymer thin-layer anti-cracking plastering mortar which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 150 portions of cement and 200 portions of cement; 70-100 parts of fly ash; 30-50 parts of waste stone powder; 30-50 parts of heavy calcium powder; 600 portions and 750 portions of fine sand; 8-15 parts of redispersible latex powder; 1-3 parts of starch ether; 1-3 parts of cellulose ether; 1-3 parts of retarder; 0.5-1 part of graphene oxide; 1-2 parts of fiber; 10-30 parts of polyacrylate emulsion; 1-3 parts of LBCB-1 thixotropic lubricant. According to the invention, by optimizing the component composition and the proportion content of the mortar, the excellent performances of the components are comprehensively utilized, and the components make up for each other, so that the thin-layer plastering mortar with good crack resistance, high bonding strength, good tensile and compressive properties, low shrinkage and good water retention is obtained.
