According to the invention, the salen Cu (II) catalyst is synthesized by using the waste liquid generated by synthesizing the (S, S) -monosalt serving as the intermediate of the (S, S) -salen catalyst ligand, so that waste is changed into valuable, the environmental pressure is reduced, and the application is widened.
