This disclosure relates to the application of the calpain inhibitor ALLN in the prevention and treatment of acetaminophen-induced acute liver injury. The acute liver injury model was established in C57BL/6 mice exposed to APAP, and the effect of the calpain inhibitor ALLN on APAP liver injury was observed. Intervention effect, found that ALLN can effectively prevent and treat APAP-induced acute liver injury. |
