The kit contains the above primers, and the method is used to assess the susceptibility risk of acute myeloid leukemia by detecting the variation of the SNP sites rs2297141 and rs6576776 of the human CCN1 gene. The present invention realizes detection and analysis of single nucleic acid polymorphism of rs2297141 and rs6576776 through the primer pair of reagents used to amplify the gene fragments of rs2297141 and rs6576776, and realizes early screening and easy detection of acute myeloid leukemia in Han population.
