abstract | The invention discloses an environment-friendly anticorrosive paint for water-based metal and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-60% of composite metal powder, 4-8% of rare earth metal-loaded hydroxyapatite, 30-40% of aqueous lithium silicate solution, 1-5% of anti-rust pigment and 1-3% of an auxiliary agent, wherein the rare earth metal-loaded hydroxyapatite is cerium-loaded hydroxyapatite, and the auxiliary agent is at least one of a dispersing agent, an antifoaming agent, a wetting agent and a leveling agent. The water-based environment-friendly anticorrosive paint for metals provided by the invention has the characteristics of excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance, high adhesive force, easiness in construction and good mechanical property, and meets the requirement of environmental protection. |
