abstract | The invention discloses a process and a device for synthesizing methyl chloride by hydrolyzing hydrogen chloride with methylchlorosilane. The pressurized hydrogen chloride gas obtained by the hydrolysis of methylchlorosilane is washed with a saturated hydrogen chloride-methanol solution of hydrogen chloride, and the activated carbon fiber adsorption combined treatment technology removes the silicon-containing compound therein. The purified hydrogen chloride gas and preheated methanol liquid are sent to the methyl chloride synthesis kettle through the graphite injector to synthesize methyl chloride. The synthesized product enters the cooler after passing through the mist eliminator, and all the cooled gas-liquid mixture enters the methyl chloride water washing system.
