The invention discloses a fresh-keeping method for lychees with reduced pesticide residues. The lychees are soaked in water at 5-10°C for 1-10 minutes to remove water, then soaked in liquid A for reducing pesticide residues and supplemented with ultrasonic treatment, and dried before use. Liquid B is sprayed for disinfection, liquid D is used for fresh-keeping spraying, and finally packaged for preservation. The fresh-keeping method of the present invention is easy to operate, is carried out with semi-automatic or full-automatic equipment, has higher work efficiency, and has better fresh-keeping effect of reducing pesticide residues. |
