titleOfInvention A Method for Calculating Fractal Dimension Based on Density Peak Clustering
abstract The invention relates to a method for calculating fractal dimension based on a density peak clustering algorithm, which belongs to the field of signal processing. The method includes the following steps: S1: Obtaining a one-dimensional chaotic time series signal from an actual project; S2: Preprocessing the sampled time series data by using a k-d tree optimized GP algorithm to obtain a set of associated integral logarithms; S3: Perform second-order difference on the obtained data, and use the density peak clustering algorithm to extract zero-fluctuation data; S4: Select the interval of continuous natural numbers in the zero-fluctuation data for statistical analysis, and retain valid zero-fluctuation data; S5: Use the least square method to Fit the data and calculate the correlation dimension. The method can objectively and accurately automatically identify the scale-free interval, the calculation result is more accurate, the process is simple, and it is easy to implement, which has great significance for nonlinear applications.
