abstract The invention relates to a long-time multimode information detection method and a system for in-situ culture of living cells, wherein the detection system comprises a microfluidic chip living cell in-situ culture module, a multimode information detection module, a multidimensional motion control module and a digital information storage processing and display module; the micro-fluidic chip living cell in-situ culture module is used for culturing living cells; the multimode information detection module performs long-term in-situ nondestructive detection on living cells by adopting a white light interference hyperspectral analysis, absorption or emission spectrum analysis, an electrical impedance, cell autofluorescence and/or fluorescence excitation mode; the digital information storage processing and display module controls the movement of the living cells in the microfluidic chip living cell in-situ culture module through the multidimensional movement control module, obtains the three-dimensional spatial position information of the living cells and detects the information to store, process and display, and completes the long-time-course, in-situ and five-dimensional information fusion detection of the living cell multi-mode information.
