titleOfInvention | All-organic engine coolant |
abstract | The invention relates to an all-organic engine coolant, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-97% of ethylene glycol, 0.2-10% of fatty carboxylic acid or alkali metal salt thereof, 0.01-1% of triazole compound, 0.01-1.2% of alcohol ether phosphate, 0.01-2% of imidazole, 0.001-0.3% of defoaming agent and the balance of deionized water. Compared with the prior art, the cooling liquid provided by the invention has good corrosion resistance to multiple metals of the engine, does not contain nitrite, borate, nitrate, silicate and amine compounds, has little pollution to the environment, improves the storage stability and hard water resistance of the cooling liquid, solves the problems of blackening of cast aluminum, cavitation corrosion and the like, and can ensure the long-time operation of an engine cooling system. |
