abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of crosslinking type waterborne polyurethane, which comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing polyester polyol and diisocyanate, dropwise adding a catalyst dibutyltin dilaurate, and introducing nitrogen to perform reaction; step 2, adding a hydrophilic chain extender for reaction, and adding an end capping chain extender for reaction; adding a neutralizing agent for reaction, and adding water for dispersion to obtain a water-based polyurethane emulsion; and 3, adding a multi-double-bond castor oil solution into the aqueous polyurethane emulsion, dripping an initiator, reacting, and removing the solvent after the reaction is finished to obtain the crosslinking aqueous polyurethane. According to the invention, the waterborne polyurethane emulsion is synthesized, then the multi-double-bond castor oil and the waterborne polyurethane are subjected to free radical copolymerization, and the multi-double-bond castor oil is connected into a waterborne polyurethane structure to synthesize the cross-linked waterborne polyurethane with a space network structure, so that the mechanical property of the cross-linked waterborne polyurethane is improved; the space density in the polymer is increased, so that water molecules are difficult to enter due to the reduced space, and the water resistance is improved. |
