titleOfInvention Preparation method of modified sulfamate water reducer
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a modified sulfamate water reducer, which comprises the following steps of (1) adding aminobenzenesulfonic acid or aminobenzenesulfonic acid salt, a phenolic compound, a mixed modifier and water into a reaction kettle, heating, stirring and dissolving, and then adding an alkaline regulator to regulate the pH value to 8-9; (2) continuously heating the material obtained in the step (1) to 70-80 ℃, slowly dripping the condensing agent, finishing dripping within 2 hours, simultaneously keeping the temperature at 70-80 ℃, heating to 80-90 ℃ after finishing dripping, and preserving heat; (3) adding a reaction terminator and water into the material obtained in the step (2), continuously heating to 80-90 ℃, and then preserving heat; (4) and (4) cooling the material obtained in the step (3) to room temperature, and adjusting the pH value to 7-8 to obtain the material. The invention introduces modifier, phenolic compound, condensing agent, aminobenzenesulfonic acid/aminobenzenesulfonic acid salt and other poly-condensation to form a network molecular structure with multi-branched chains, and water reducing agent molecules are three-dimensionally adsorbed on the surface of cement particles, so that the concrete has good dispersibility and dispersion retention capability.
