titleOfInvention Preparation method of BiOI homojunction composite photocatalyst
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a BiOI homojunction composite photocatalyst, and belongs to the field of photocatalysis. The BiOI homojunction composite photocatalyst consists of nano-flake BiOI and nano-flower-shaped BiOI, wherein the mass fraction of the nano-flake BiOI is 30-90 wt%. In the preparation process, a solvent thermal synthesis method is adopted to prepare the three-dimensional self-assembled nano flower-shaped BiOI, then a hydrothermal synthesis method is adopted to prepare the nano sheet-shaped BiOI, and meanwhile, an auxiliary ultrasonic method is adopted to prepare the BiOI homojunction visible light response composite photocatalyst. The preparation method has the advantages of simple process, easy control and low cost, the prepared BiOI homojunction has visible light response, the formation of the homojunction accelerates the separation of photon-generated carriers, reduces the recombination probability of photon-generated electron-hole pairs, has high-efficiency photocatalytic activity and stability under visible light, and can be used for photocatalytic degradation of environmental pollutants.
