abstract | The invention discloses a method for measuring the content of chlorogenic acid, luteolin and apigenin in a spider fruit medicinal material, which comprises the following steps: chromatographic conditions are as follows: a chromatographic column: pntulips BP-C 18 (4.6 mm. times.250 mm, 2.5 μm); mobile phase: the mobile phase A is acetonitrile, the mobile phase B is methanol, the mobile phase C is 0.1 percent phosphoric acid water solution, and gradient elution is carried out; detection wavelength: 330-350 nm; column temperature: 20-30 ℃; flow rate: 0.8 to 1.2mL/min ‑1 (ii) a Sample introduction amount: 5-15 muL; preparing a reference substance solution; preparing a test solution; and (4) measuring by an HPLC method. The invention adopts an HPLC method, establishes a one-test-multiple-evaluation method for determining the content of active ingredients in the valeriana jatamansi maxim medicinal material by optimizing an extraction method and chromatographic conditions, and provides a research basis for formulation of quality standards of the medicinal material, reasonable development and utilization of resources and the like.
