titleOfInvention | Continuous ion exchange device and method capable of realizing lithium-sodium separation |
abstract | The invention relates to a continuous ion exchange device and a method capable of realizing lithium-sodium separation, and the device comprises resin, a plurality of resin columns for loading the resin, a feeding main pipe communicated with the upper ends of the resin columns and a discharging main pipe communicated with the lower ends of the resin columns, wherein the resin columns are sequentially connected in series through series pipelines, and a group for absorbing lithium ions, a leaching group, a desorption group, a back flushing group and a material top water group in a lithium-sodium solution which sequentially moves and circularly operates are formed; and each of the feeding branch pipe and the discharging branch pipe is respectively provided with a control valve for coordinating and controlling the resin column groups to realize the processes of ion exchange, leaching and desorption in turn. |
