The present invention proposes a high temperature resistant and high thermal conductivity non-stick coating, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of aluminum oxide/red phosphorus modified fluororesin; 50-70 parts of polyphenylene sulfide; graphite 50-70 parts of carbon fiber; 30-50 parts of carbon fiber; 40-70 parts of polylactic acid; 20-30 parts of thermally conductive inorganic filler; 10-20 parts of coupling agent; 20-30 parts of auxiliary agent; , defoamer, film former, antioxidant, preservative and ceramic powder. The high-temperature-resistant and high-thermal-conductivity non-stick coating prepared by the invention has wide sources of raw materials, and the production method is simple and controllable. The prepared coating can be used at a high temperature of 400-500°C for a long time without affecting its performance, and has wide application prospects. |
