titleOfInvention Solvent-free single-component polyurethane grouting material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a solvent-free single-component polyurethane grouting material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation raw materials of the solvent-free single-component oil-soluble polyurethane grouting material comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of hydroxyl-terminated hydrophobic polymer polyol; 50-70% of diisocyanate; 15-30% of liquid filler; 0.1-0.5% of a catalyst; 0.5-5% of a foam stabilizer; 0.3-1.5% of a water removing agent; the water removing agent is isocyanate with single functionality, high reaction activity and low viscosity. The solvent-free single-component oil-soluble polyurethane grouting material disclosed by the invention completely does not contain an organic solvent, is low in viscosity and shrinkage rate, can swelling caused by moisture in the air can be avoided, and the storage stability is excellent.
