The invention discloses a preparation method of metal selenide nanocrystals. The preparation method comprises the steps of: dissolving a metal precursor salt in a first solvent to obtain a metal precursor solution; at 200-350° C., dissolving the selenium precursor adding into the metal precursor solution to obtain the metal selenide nanocrystal; the selenium precursor includes selenium dioxide powder or selenium dioxide suspension. The invention can solve the problems of low preparation quality of the existing metal selenide nanocrystals and difficult preparation of the selenium precursor solution. |
