abstract | The invention discloses a mesoporous silica nano composite material based on near infrared Aza-Bodipy composite, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the nano composite material comprises mesoporous silica nano particles which are used as carriers and are embedded with fullerene and Aza-Bodipy materials loaded in pore channels of the nano particles, and the particle size of the nano composite particles is 50-70 nm. The silicon dioxide nano composite material embedded by the fullerene has small particle size, high specific surface, large load capacity and good biocompatibility, and is used as a good carrying platform to successfully solve the problem of poor biocompatibility of the Aza-Bodipy material, so that the newly prepared nano composite particles have the advantages of the nano material and the photo-thermal conversion performance, can be used as the photo-thermal material to be applied to photo-thermal treatment of cancer cells and tumors, and have better in-vivo biomedical application prospect; and has the technical advantages of simple preparation process, high photo-thermal conversion efficiency, wide application range and the like. |
