titleOfInvention | Nano drug delivery system based on low-generation PAMAM dendrimer loaded disulfiram and photosensitizer indocyanine green and application thereof |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of biological pharmacy, and particularly relates to preparation of a nano drug delivery system based on low-generation PAMAM dendrimer loaded classical 'disulfiram' and photosensitizer indocyanine green and application of the nano drug delivery system in the anti-tumor field. The IDG nano drug delivery system is prepared by encapsulating disulfiram DSF and indocyanine green ICG into low-generation dendrimer PAMAM-G0 by a solvent exchange method based on low-generation dendrimer PAMAM-G0. The nano drug delivery system prepared by the invention can be enriched on tumor parts through EPR effect, simultaneously plays the role of chemotherapy and photodynamic therapy under the condition of illumination, reduces the tissue toxicity of chemotherapy drugs and the phototoxicity of photodynamic therapy, and provides a new research direction for the anticancer therapy of disulfiram. |
