The technical scheme is as follows: the planting method of gynura divaricata comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a stem section with buds from a stem section of the annual new-shoot gynura divaricata, and soaking the stem section in a fulvic acid solution for later use; 2) preparing gynura divaricata extract; 3) mixing the residual plants and the filter residues for preparing the gynura divaricata extract, mixing the mixture with peat, vermiculite and garden soil according to the ratio of 1:2:1:1, diluting the gynura divaricata extract, adjusting the water content of the mixture to 60-80%, and sterilizing to obtain a culture medium; 4) burying the stem segments with buds into the culture medium obtained in the step 3), keeping illumination in the seedling raising room all day long, and shading by using a single-layer shading net; 5) keeping the water content of the culture medium at 50-60%; completing seedling culture in 15-20 days to obtain basic seedlings; the root system of the cultivated seedling can adapt to the soil environment of the field rapidly, and the survival rate is obviously improved. |
