By utilizing the characteristic that the electric field can strengthen the boiling and forced convection heat transfer process, the liquid absorption core (43) and the shell (44) are used as electrodes in the flat heat pipe (12), the top plate (611) and the micro-channel heat transfer surface (613) are used as electrodes in the micro-channel heat transfer system, the electric field is introduced to strengthen heat dissipation, the heat dissipation capability is stronger by improving the heat transfer coefficient and the critical heat flux density, and the heat reliability and the heat experience of the flat heat pipe (12) and the micro-channel heat transfer system are improved.
