titleOfInvention Treatment tool for endoscope
abstract An endoscopic treatment instrument includes a sheath inserted into a treatment instrument insertion channel, a treatment portion capable of protruding and retracting from a distal end of the sheath, and an operation body including: a distal end fixing portion that can be fixed to a proximal end side opening portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel; an intermediate portion that is connected to the proximal end of the sheath and that advances and retreats in the longitudinal axis direction of the sheath with respect to the distal end fixing portion; a base end operation portion to which a base end of the treatment portion is connected and which slides with respect to the intermediate portion; a fixing member provided to the operation body; and a support member provided to the operation body, the distal end fixing portion and the intermediate portion being connected to each other by being inserted into the other so as to partially overlap each other in the longitudinal axis direction, the support member being rotatably engaged with an outer member of the distal end fixing portion and the intermediate portion, the support member being configured to be able to fix the fixing member at an arbitrary position in the circumferential direction of the operation body.
