titleOfInvention A kind of white light perovskite and its preparation method and LED device
abstract A white light perovskite, a preparation method thereof, and an LED device relate to the technical field of optical display. The preparation method of white light perovskite includes: mixing CsCO 3 with octadecene and oleic acid, heating to 115-125 ℃ in an inert gas atmosphere, and then heating to 145-155 ℃ for heat preservation to obtain a Cs acid precursor. PbBr 2 , MnCl 2 , oleic acid, oleylamine, HBr and octadecene are mixed, heated to 115-125° C. under an inert gas atmosphere, and reacted to obtain a first solution. The thulium halide and octadecene are mixed and heated to 155-165° C. under an inert gas atmosphere to react to obtain a second solution. After cooling the second solution, it is mixed and reacted with the first solution to obtain a third solution; the third solution is mixed and reacted with a Cs acid precursor, and then cooled in a water bath and centrifuged to remove the supernatant to obtain a lower layer substance. The white light perovskite prepared by this method can display white light and has a high white light quantum yield.
