titleOfInvention | Preparation method of suspension desulfurizing agent for water-based oil testing completion fluid system |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a suspension desulfurizing agent for a water-based oil testing completion fluid system, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-8 parts of a surface modifier; 0.8-1 part of an emulsifier; 1-3 parts of a dispersing agent; 10-30 parts of nano powder; adding a surface modifier into isopropanol in a container A, heating to 60-80 ℃, and stirring to form a uniform solution; adding a dispersing agent, an emulsifying agent and nano powder into an aqueous solution with the pH value of 9-10 in a container B, heating to 60-80 ℃, and stirring to form a uniform solution; adding the uniform solution formed in the container A into the container B under the action of rapid stirring, stirring for 2 hours to form uniformly dispersed slurry, and cooling to room temperature. Under the condition of high temperature of 180 ℃, the desulfurizing agent and the treating agent of the completion fluid system are not aggregated and consolidated, the desulfurizing agent does not influence the rheological property and the sedimentation stability of the completion fluid system under the condition of high temperature, and the aim of high desulfurizing efficiency is fulfilled. |
