abstract | The invention discloses mirror glass ink with good weather resistance, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30-35 parts of liquid resin, 10-12 parts of thermosetting acrylic resin, 4-5 parts of a closed isocyanate curing agent, 2-3 parts of an adhesion promoter, 1-3 parts of a boiling-resistant additive, 50-52 parts of mirror silver paste and 5-10 parts of a special diluent for mirror silver. The liquid resin is a liquid resin mixture prepared by dispersing 38-43 parts by mass of isophorone, 48-52 parts by mass of DBE solvent and 10-12 parts by mass of modified cellulose ether under the condition of 1500-2500r/min for 2-2.5 h. The invention provides the printing ink for the mirror glass with good weather resistance and the preparation method thereof, the printing ink can be printed by utilizing a screen printing plate so as to prepare patterns and characters which are complicated in standing, and the printing ink has strong boiling resistance and can have very long service life in a high-temperature steam use environment. |
