abstract The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a nano-zinc oxide hexagonal hollow tube photocatalyst by light irradiation, which uses Zn (CH) 3 COO) 2 ·2H 2 O and NaOH are used as raw materials, and are respectively dissolved in deionized water to form a uniform solution. Then, dropwise adding the NaOH solution into the zinc acetate solution to form emulsion; standing and aging for 30min at room temperature after irradiation of ultraviolet light, filtering under reduced pressure, and drying to form a ZnO precursor; and calcining the ZnO precursor for 1h at 400 ℃ to prepare the nano-zinc oxide hexagonal hollow tube photocatalyst. The obtained nano-zinc oxide hexagonal hollow tube photocatalyst has the advantages of good dispersibility, high catalytic performance, good stability and the like, can be used for photocatalytic degradation of organic dye Congo Red (CR) by visible light, has higher photocatalytic degradation efficiency on Congo red dye, and has good cyclic usability.
