titleOfInvention | Hybrid curing photo-darkening acrylate adhesive |
abstract | The invention relates to a hybrid curing photodarkening acrylate adhesive, which is a transparent adhesive which is changed into black after hybrid curing through free radical chain polymerization and cation stepwise polymerization under the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The composition comprises, by mass, 100 parts of acrylic functional resin, 1-10 parts of free radical photoinitiator and 5-15 parts of cationic photoinitiator. Wherein, the acrylic acid functional resin means that one end of a molecular chain contains acryloxy and the other end contains non-hydrogenated pyrrole ring; the synthesis method comprises the steps of sequentially adding the carboxyl pyrrole, the epoxy acrylate monoester, the polymerization inhibitor and the catalyst into a reaction kettle, and heating and reacting under the atmosphere of dry nitrogen until the designed acid value is reached to obtain the product. The hybrid curing photodarkening acrylate adhesive prepared by the invention has the advantages of simple preparation process, high strength of a cured body, good surface dryness, capability of obtaining both curing thickness and shading rate, more reliable bonding performance and wider application range. |
