Meanwhile, triptorelin can obviously increase the expression of mouse hippocampal BDNF and neuron synaptic plasticity related genes c-fos, egr1, arc and npas4 induced by chronic limiting stress. Therefore, the triptorelin has obvious anti-depression activity, can be used for preparing the medicament for treating depression, and has higher clinical application value and development prospect. |
