The present invention takes 5~10 parts of emulsifier, 3~6 parts of auxiliary agent, 40~65 parts of water, 7~14 parts of compound salt component, and 20~40 parts of compound nutritional ingredient; firstly take the auxiliary agent and water and mix them at 50~65°C Under the condition of water bath, stir at 220~300r/min for 20~40min, cool down to 20~25℃, add emulsifier, compound nutrient and compound salt, mix evenly, disperse by ultrasonic wave for 10~15min, and obtain the grape preservative. The present invention solves the problem that the currently commonly used preservatives are not strong in improving the storability of grapes and have substances harmful to human body.
