titleOfInvention Kit for simultaneously detecting capecitabine and metabolite thereof in blood plasma as well as detection method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a kit for simultaneously detecting capecitabine and metabolite thereof in blood plasma, wherein the capecitabine and the metabolite thereof are respectively as follows: capecitabine, 5 ' -deoxy-5-fluorocytidine,5 ' -deoxy-5-fluorouridine, 2 ' -deoxy-5-fluorouridine,5-fluorouracil, 5-fluoro-5, 6-dihydrouracil; the kit for simultaneously detecting capecitabine and metabolite thereof in blood plasma comprises the following reagents: eluent, reference product mother liquor, mixed internal standard solution, diluent, extraction liquid and quality control liquid. The invention also discloses application of the kit for simultaneously detecting capecitabine and metabolite thereof in plasma in preparing a malignant tumor hematological diagnosis or screening kit. The kit for simultaneously detecting capecitabine and metabolite thereof in blood plasma is adopted, so that the capecitabine and metabolite thereof are simultaneously detected, and the kit is high in sensitivity, strong in specificity, high in accuracy and simple in pretreatment process.
