titleOfInvention Method for detecting trace acetic anhydride in acetic acid
abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting trace acetic anhydride in acetic acid, and relates to the technical field of trace impurity detection. The method for detecting trace acetic anhydride in acetic acid comprises the steps of taking a ferric trichloride non-aqueous solution, adding a perchloric acid-acetic acid solution and a hydroxylamine chloride non-aqueous solution to obtain a first solution, wherein the mass ratio of ferric trichloride to hydroxylamine chloride is 1: 2-2.5; the perchloric acid-acetic acid solution accounts for 30-40% of the volume of the first solution; adding a sample to be detected into the first solution, slowly shaking up, and standing to obtain a second solution; the mass ratio of the sample to be detected to the hydroxylamine chloride is 600-650: 3; and adding water into the second solution, wherein the mass ratio of the water to the hydroxylamine chloride is 20-30:1, standing to obtain a third solution, and carrying out colorimetric calculation on the third solution and the standard solution to obtain the acetic anhydride content. The method effectively reduces the lower limit of detection of acetic anhydride, improves the detection precision, can meet the high requirement of chemical reagent industry development, and has higher practicability.
