The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to the application of reagents for detecting the expression level of fen1 gene in the preparation of reagents for diagnosing and predicting the invasion and metastasis of liver cancer, and the application of inhibitors of fen1 gene in the preparation of drugs for inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of liver cancer. The present invention discovers for the first time that the fen1 gene is related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer: the present invention proves that changing the expression level of FEN1 can affect cell invasion and metastasis through interference experiments; animal experiments show that the expression of FEN1 can promote the metastasis of liver cancer. |
