titleOfInvention | Carrier for improving disease resistance of plants and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a vector for improving plant disease resistance and application thereof, wherein the vector is formed by operably connecting an expression control region and a plant NPR1 gene, and the expression control region comprises an immune inducible promoter and an upstream open reading frame related to pathogen. Compared with non-transgenosis, the disease resistance of the plant obtained by the method is improved by more than 50 percent; compared with a constitutive promoter such as a maize ubiquitin promoter pUBI, the expression control region of the invention is used for mediating the expression of the NPR1 gene, and the adaptive cost is reduced by more than 80%. Meanwhile, the expression control area in the invention is used for mediating the NPR1 gene expression of monocotyledons, which is more beneficial to improving the disease resistance of monocotyledons such as corn and rice and provides the disease resistance by more than 5% compared with the NPR1 gene expression of dicotyledons. |
