The invention relates to a compound enzyme preparation for reducing the specific nitrosamine in tobacco leaves, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the compound enzyme preparation comprises 5 or more than 5 of neutral protease, pectinase, xylanase, glucoamylase, beta-glucanase, alpha-amylase, medium temperature amylase, cellulase, neutral lipase and compound enzyme in tobacco, and sterile distilled water. After the treatment of the complex enzyme preparation, the TSNAs content in the cured tobacco leaves of yellow sun-cured tobacco is reduced by 26.40-36.81%. The method has the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, easy large-scale popularization and application, improvement of quality safety of the tobacco leaves and great application value in the aspect of reducing harm of tobacco leaf raw materials. |
