abstract | The invention discloses application of PLEKHQ1 protein in preparation of products for inhibiting apoptosis. Experiments prove that at the cell level, compared with MEF cells of wild mice, the MEF cell apoptosis rate and cytotoxicity of PLEKHQ1 knockout mice are obviously increased; on the molecular level, the deletion of PLEKHQ1 protein from the macrophage derived from the marrow leads to the increase of the expression of clear caspase-3, clear caspase-8 and clear PARP, which indicates that the deletion of the PLEKHQ1 protein from the macrophage derived from the marrow leads to the excessive activation of caspase and promotes the apoptosis of cells; liver damage was more severe in mice with the PLEKHQ1 knockout compared to wild type mice at the live level of mice. Thus, it can be seen that the PLEKHQ1 protein can inhibit apoptosis. The invention has great application value. |
