abstract The invention discloses a synthesis process of 4-(4-ethyl-4,7 diazaspiro[3,3]octyl)-2-nitroaniline. The specific process is as follows: the first step: using 2-Piperazinone and its 4-position nitrogen-protected derivative react with ethyl bromide under basic conditions to obtain compound 1; the second step: react compound 1 with a titanium catalyst to obtain compound 2; the third step: compound 2 Deprotection produces free base 1-ethyl-2-cyclopropyl-piperazine or its hydrochloride; the fourth step: 1-ethyl-2-cyclopropyl-piperazine or its hydrochloride is carried out with compound 3 Reaction to obtain compound 4; the fifth step: compound 4 is deprotected to obtain the product 4-(4-ethyl-4,7 diazaspiro[3,3]octyl)-2-nitroaniline.
