abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing electronic grade titanium dioxide superfine powder, which comprises the following steps: reacting titanium chloride steam, vanadium chloride steam and oxygen at a high temperature of more than 1500 ℃ to obtain a mixture of titanium dioxide particles containing vanadium oxide and chlorine; and (3) carrying out gas-solid separation on the titanium dioxide particles and the chlorine gas to obtain the electronic grade titanium dioxide superfine powder. The method of the invention is different from the prior art, has short process flow, low production cost and little environmental pollution, and the produced product has low impurity content, high rutile content, good particle size consistency and high sphericity. In the gas phase oxidation reaction process, a certain proportion of vanadium oxide is introduced, so that the electrical properties of titanium dioxide, such as dielectric constant, conductivity and the like, are greatly improved, the stability of electronic devices is improved, and the service performance and the stability of the titanium dioxide ultrafine powder in the fields of thermosensitive/voltage dependent resistors, semiconductor capacitors, battery materials and the like are enhanced. |
