abstract | The invention discloses a ceramic wood based on chemical bond crosslinking and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing 1-alkene butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide ionic liquid; adding acrylic acid, styrene, a cross-linking agent and ionic liquid into an organic solvent, and stirring and mixing to form a homogeneous solution; putting wood into the homogeneous solution; putting wood into a stainless steel closed storage with ultraviolet lamps on the periphery of the inner side, and irradiating by the ultraviolet lamps to initiate polymerization reaction to generate a three-dimensional high molecular polymer in the wood; soaking the wood in the mixed solution of the organic solvent and the water, taking out the wood, and standing and drying the wood at normal temperature to form a cross-linked network structure by the body type high molecular polymer and the wood fiber. By utilizing the technical scheme of the invention, the ceramic wood has high strength and rigidity, is anticorrosive, mothproof, waterproof, durable, nontoxic, harmless, green and environment-friendly, and has high safety performance, long effective time, high utilization rate and wide application range. |
