abstract The invention relates to a porous high-specific surface area amorphous MnPO material and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: dripping the phosphorus source solution into an ethanol solution containing a manganese source to obtain a mixed solution containing a white precipitate; preferably, the phosphorus source is at least one of orthophosphoric acid, pyrophosphoric acid, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, ammonium phosphate and phytic acid, and the manganese source is at least one of manganese acetate, manganese chloride and manganese nitrate; and carrying out hydrothermal reaction on the obtained mixed solution containing the white precipitate at 100-200 ℃ for 2-20 hours, and then centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the amorphous phosphorylation manganese oxide material.
